There are many issues with using content from Microsoft Word with Rich Text Editors, this effects most CMS's and even Google's Blogger. But there are ways around this.

One option is to use Textism's Word Cleaner which is available here. http://textism.com/wordcleaner/. This is quite simple and usually effective.

Alternatively you can use Adobe Dreamweaver, which can be used to strip out any Microsoft Word Html, and leave you with nice, clean standardised HTML. Instructions on how to do this can be found here. http://help.adobe.com/en_US/Dreamweaver/10.0_Using/WSc78c5058ca0733...

Your 'A' record is also called your 'www a record' and this is how you tell the internet where your website is hosted, it's quite easy to change... providing you know the IP address, and also how to do the change!

If you're pointing a domain to us for your website, the IP address you shoud use is:

95.131.249.25

Just remember to make sure we know which domain name you are pointing to your website!

How do I do this with my domain registrar?

Here's some guides on how to change your A-Record - depending on your provider, this can take between 24 and 48 hours to go through.
