In certain circumstances, you will not be able to delete a product in Energy, this can be because of one or more reasons:

1. The product has already been added to somebodies basket
2. Somebody in the past has purchased the product
3. There has been an unexpected error

In these circumstances we recommend that you set the stock counter to 0, and un-tick the 'In Stock' check box.
