How do I set up an out of office reply?

Using the control panel for your website, it's quite easy to set up an automated response or out of office reply:

  1. Go to www.flyingatom.co.uk
  2. Use your logon details to access the control panel (open a ticket if you need a reminder)
  3. Click on email control in the top navigation
  4. Click on auto responders 
  5. Select create autoresponder
  6. Select the email address for which you'd like to set up the autoresponder and enter your text
  7. Click on "Create Autoresponder"

 

Removing your auto responder

To remove your autoresponder, follow steps 1-4 above and select "delete".
